부산행 TRAIN TO BUSAN, 2016 액션 ,  스릴러 한국 118분 2016 .07.20  개봉 연상호 공유 (석우),  정유미 (성경),  마동석 (상화) 왜그랬어, 다 태울수 있었잖아 이 미친 새끼야! 여기있는 사람들은 살아야 할 거 아냐! 이새끼.. 감염됐어. 놀고들 있네. 언니 수고 많았어. 저희 잘못 아니죠? 저희는 그냥 시키는 대로 하는 사람들이잖아요.  저는 이 방송이 끝나는 대로 운행 가능한 열차를 좌측 끝 선로, 좌측 끝 선로에 배치하겠습니다. 그럼 생존자 여러분 행운을 빕니다.  터널이 어두워서 생사판정이 불가능합니다. 그럼 사살하라.  = 한국형 좀비 영화, 관객 몰이만큼은 성공한 듯 하다. 심심풀이로 보기에도 나쁘지 않았다. 좀비의 안무도 좋았고, 고속열차 안이라는 공간적인 특수함 등등이 볼거리를 더했다. 어두운 데서 보지 못하는 좀비란 특색도 인상깊었다. 좀비 에스컬레이터, 좀비 아쿠아리움 등등 좀비 떼거지가 보여주는 비주얼도 감각적?이었다고 본다.  마냥 오락 영화는 아니었다. 감독이 세월호를 많이 생각했었다고 인터뷰했었는데 그런 대목도 많이 눈에 들어온다. 꽤나 길게 잡혔던 장관? 국민안전처장?의 권태로운 뉴스 인터뷰. 믿고 안심하시고, 집에 계시라고. 동시다발적 시위를 진압하고 있다고 하는 부분 너무 현실감있어서 슬펐다. 목숨을 걸고 끝까지 직을 다하는 기관사의 모습은 세월호 선장의 속옷 차림 줄행랑과 대비된다.  인간 군상들이 보여주는 민낯도 마찬가지. 여기있는 사람이라도 살아야 한다는 아우성이 섬칫하면서도 막상 저 위치에서 나는 어느 편에 설 수 있을것인가를 비춰보게 했다. 동생 할머니가 문을 열어젖히는 장면에서는 카타르시스마저 느꼈다.  하지만 기대가 큰 만큼 실망도 큰 법. 감독이 연상호라는 점만 빼면 훌륭하다고 누가 그랬었는데 그게 맞다.

데몰리션 Demolition, 2015 드라마 미국 100분 2016 .07.13  개봉 장 마크 발레 제이크 질렌할 (데이비스),  나오미 왓츠 (캐런),  크리스 쿠퍼 (필) Julia was a nice girl, a good person. She worked with special needs children, she snorted when she laughed and cried every time they showed footage of the Towers falling. Other than that I don’t think I knew who she really was. She always said I didn’t pay attention. I find I’m suddenly starting to notice things I never saw before. Well, maybe I saw them, I just wasn’t paying attention. Man loses his wife, he's a widower. Child loses a parent, they're an orphan. But losing a child... there is no word for this. And it shouldn't be. Phil said it himself,  “If you want to fix something you have to take everything apart and figure out what’s important.” Repairing the human heart is like repairing and automobile. You have to take everything apart, just examine everything, and then you can put it all back together.

시카리오: 암살자의 도시 Sicario, 2015 범죄 ,  드라마 ,  미스터리 ,  스릴러 미국 121분 2015 .12.03  개봉 드니 빌뇌브 에밀리 블런트 (케이트 메이서),  베니치오 델 토로 (알레한드로) You're asking me how a watch works. For now we'll just keep an eye on the time. Nothing will make sense to your American ears,  and you will doubt everything that we do, but in the end you will understand. You saw things you shouldn't have seen. You should move to a small town, somewhere the rule of law still exists.  You will not survive here. You are not a wolf, and this is a land of wolves now. = 선과 악의 경계가 무너지고 법과 질서가 도륙된 곳, 신념과 명분의 균열을 틈타 세상의 민낯이 시나브로 모습을 드러낸다. 후아레즈는 어디 먼 곳이아니라 그냥 여기, 우리가 살아가는 현실의 자화상이다. 드니뵐뇌브 감독 특유의 촘촘하고 빈틈없는 서사가 숨통을 옥죄며 흘러가는데 이게 바로 서스펜스다! 하는 느낌이었다. 메세지도 메세지인데 기술적으로도 훌륭했다. 특히 촬영. 로저 디킨스 감독은 정말이지 타고난 그림사냥꾼이다. 스크린 위에 펼쳐진 황무지가 너무 아름다웠다. 서사가 정점을 향해 마구 치닫는 내내 이 아름다운 황무지가 긴장감을 더할 수 있다는 사실에 감탄해야 했다. 긴장감을 고조시키는 음악이 적재적소에 잘 쓰인 것도 감칠맛났다.  배우들도
